Once again the Cotswold Beer Festival was a huge success - the best ever, some said

Oyster Stout from Arbor brewery near Bristol was declared Beer of the Festival, with Midnight and Sunshine, both from Monty's Brewery, Montgomery, getting 2nd and 3rd places respectively.

The dates for the 2012 festival have now been agreed they are Friday 20 July to Sunday 22 July. Please note that is a week earlier than has been usual. This avoids clashing with the Olympic games, and is nearer the start of the school holidays. The ticket form will be available here in April 2012.
