This 300-year old stone-built village
local on the Cotswold Way. Cosy bar with
a wood burning stove. Skittle alley &
restaurant share the same area. Skittle
alley is normally carpeted; carpet needs
to be lifted for play. Live traditional
music on Saturday evenings - famous for
acoustic music. An extensive home-cooked
menu at reasonable prices it has an out
door seating area at the front of the
pub. Famous for its jazz, Irish and
Cajun music on Saturdays. This community
pub is the hub of the community with its
skittles and darts team. It was a former
CAMRA Pub of the Year. Closed Monday and
Tuesday lunchtime.
