Andy Forbes is the brain child behind this 10-barrel plant,
which started brewing in March 2007. Launching with the 3.8%
session beer, progressing to a best bitter and a premium bitter.
The brewery is a member of the Gloucestershire Craft Brewers.
Festival Beers
- Amber (ABV 3.8%)
An amber-coloured session beer with a refreshing balance of hops and malt.
- Emerald (ABV 4.0%)
Fresh and zesty with crisp floral flavours, a background of sweet malt and a hoppy grapefruit bitter finish.
- Pride (ABV 4.1%)
A classic English best bitter giving a hint of berry with a fruity, herbal aroma.
- Gold (ABV 4.4%)
Refreshing golden ale with sweet floral aroma and a dry finish.
- Ruby (ABV 4.7%)
A strong bitter, ruby-coloured with a rich and warming character.
