New purpose-built Wetherspoon's outlet,
opened March 2000 on the site of the
former Kingswood market. The large
L-shaped bar features six regular ales
and two guests and is often, and
deservedly very busy. The garden at the
rear is planted with a wide variety of
trees and shrubs and has patio heaters.
The walls are adorned with mining
memorabilia and historic information
from its coal-mining heyday. Wheelchair
WC, but poorly located and difficult to
access when busy.
